DONOR INFORMATION ACCESS & RESTRICTIONS 6.1. Access to donor information is governed by donor-selected anonymity and privacy settings. 6.2. Intended parents must respect donor anonymity and disclosure preferences at all times. 6.3. Donor information must not be copied, recorded, shared, published, or used outside the Platform without authorization. 6.4. Unauthorized use or disclosure of donor information may result in account suspension or termination and further action as permitted by law. 6.5. Access to donor information may be logged and monitored for compliance and safety purposes. 7.
