information relating to intended parents who use the Family Seed platform ("Platform").

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who create or maintain an intended parent
account on the Platform.

provide services to intended parents.

Note: Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. Family
Seed does not store full credit card numbers.

3. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION AND USE
We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
• To create, manage, and maintain intended parent accounts
• To facilitate donor discovery and communications

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform

We do not sell intended parent personal information.
4. CONSENT
By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and

You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal, contractual, and operational

We may disclose intended parent information in limited circumstances:

Third parties are not authorized to use personal information for unrelated purposes.

6. DONOR INFORMATION ACCESS & RESTRICTIONS
6.1. Access to donor information is governed by donor-selected anonymity and privacy
settings.
6.2. Intended parents must respect donor anonymity and disclosure preferences at all
times.
6.3. Donor information must not be copied, recorded, shared, published, or used outside
the Platform without authorization.
6.4. Unauthorized use or disclosure of donor information may result in account
suspension or termination and further action as permitted by law.
6.5. Access to donor information may be logged and monitored for compliance and
safety purposes.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Update profile, privacy, and communication preferences
• Request deletion of your account and personal information
Deletion requests are subject to legal retention requirements, subscription obligations,
